次回この記事の日本語版を投稿します。 Here is a nice pump dating back well over half a century. The wonderful thing about this pump is that it was made with real materials, no synthetic materials (plastic, vinyl, artificial wood, etc.). The majority of pumps nowadays are made of plastic. I like products made of real materials iron, steel, wood, leather, etc., because they age over time and develop"character". The handle is made of solid wood and cleaned up real nice with mink oil. The barrel is all steel and enameled green. It still has the original protective paper wrap. High pressure guaranteed. High grade Umebachi (manufacturer's name) Pump Only the hose is non-original and a modern day replacement. Cast iron tri-foot stand. Old products tend to get a bad rap. 練習クラブの練習・・・ 今回は 養成班も一緒に！ こんな機材に ８０LのクーラーBOX ウチから ６０分圏内の移動で 信号のない 想った練習ができる環境へ・・・ そのための 仕事道具！ 最低限の万全・・・ １５ｋｍ 傾斜中心 ４〜６％のスロープ 倍数（ギア比）掛けて 踏むペダリングでまわす・・・ また ギア比を掛けつつ「休む」 パワーを使わずスピードを維持する・・・！ アウター（５３T）×１７Tまで シッティングのペダリングで じっくり 的確（確実）に 脚の筋繊維に負荷を掛ける練習だ・・・ 雑にならないよう じりじり ガマン ガマン！ ゆっくり加速も・・・ それと フラットから上がり基調のスロープでは フラットのスピードを維持（死守）する走りと組み合わせた練習・・・ ...
