練習クラブの練習・・・ 今回は 養成班も一緒に！ こんな機材に ８０LのクーラーBOX ウチから ６０分圏内の移動で 信号のない 想った練習ができる環境へ・・・ そのための 仕事道具！ 最低限の万全・・・ １５ｋｍ 傾斜中心 ４〜６％のスロープ 倍数（ギア比）掛けて 踏むペダリングでまわす・・・ また ギア比を掛けつつ「休む」 パワーを使わずスピードを維持する・・・！ アウター（５３T）×１７Tまで シッティングのペダリングで じっくり 的確（確実）に 脚の筋繊維に負荷を掛ける練習だ・・・ 雑にならないよう じりじり ガマン ガマン！ ゆっくり加速も・・・ それと フラットから上がり基調のスロープでは フラットのスピードを維持（死守）する走りと組み合わせた練習・・・ ...

次回、 この記事の日本語版を投稿します 。 Here is an old Japanese abacus Part #1 (abacus Part #2). I have fond memories of the abacus, or soroban in Japanese. When I first came to Japan for a brief stay back in the early 1980's I often visited an old mom& pop store and the proprietor would calculate the purchase using the abacus and then turn the abacus so that it was facing me to show me the total. Of course I had no idea how to read the abacus, let alone what the proprietor was saying as I spoke no Japanese at the time. So what does this abacus have to do with vintage Japanese bicycles?
