道志みち（津久井から山伏峠）での練習・・・ 東京オリンピックのコースに設定された山岳ポイントでもある地で しかもウエット 少し前のことだけど想いだす このちょうど1年前からのつき合いになる TVのお仕事！ 当初は「レース」 今回は「ロングライド」依頼内容は まぁ〜厳しい？ だから僕が選ばれている？ そもそも自転車レースは「時間が掛かる」時間を掛けなければ どうにもならないことばかりで そもそもの下地（地脚）総体的な基礎が身に着いていなければ話しにならないことの 理論的な説明 製作P（プロデューサー）とも そのへんの話しは徹底的に説明したうえで「僕のやり方」でやることを納得（当然だけど）じゃなきゃ僕は請けない（妥協はしないので） この練習場所も僕が指定して そん ...

Selecting a Project)" we examined the top of the restoration project pyramid which is to try and find a well-stored, barely ridden, all original bicycle. These“projects” are extremely rare, and the further down the restoration project pyramid one goes are the more common weather-beaten, broke-down rusty relics of varying degrees. I received the following photos and email excerpts from Mr. H describing his first restoration project, shown above. Mr. H writes: “I came across your blog two years ago and was deeply moved. 耕す・・・ まさに「基礎工事」 トレーナーやコーチ 指導をする立場の側と 好きで始めた自転車レースを始めるアンダーの選手 もちろん社会人選手もだけど そもそもの脚基（あしもと）ってのが築けてなければ その先を魅ることはできない 選手であれば「座学の理解（most）地脚と身体の使い方」 指導者としては「経歴からの結果と（どこで学んだのかではなく）なにを学んできたのか（もちろんその結果も絶対）」そのあたりの基礎工事のことを言っている 昨年から再開した 治療を目的とした施術者への指導でのこと 治療院の先生へのカリキュラムで 散々問題視される医療現場での実態 治療の現場に立つ先生からの（現況の）質問 医療現場での「やりっぱなし」な事情を肌で感じる事実を問われる 術後多 ...
